PATRICK WILLIAM FRANK SALMON Postman Pat Sadly passed away on 2nd May 2018 at Queens Hospital, Romford with his family by his side, aged 86 years. He will be greatly missed by Audrey and Geoff and all his family and many friends. Funeral Service to be held at Three Counties Crematorium on Wednesday 6th June 2018 at 2.30pm.
