A 25-year-old man has been charged and remanded in custody as part of an investigation into several burglaries in Dunmow, Braintree and Ongar.
Jay Maxwell of Saddleworth Square, Romford, has been charged with three counts of burglary and theft, one count of attempted burglary with intent to steal, and two counts of theft of a motor vehicle.
The offences took part in Dunmow, Braintree and Ongar between June 28 and September 6 last year.
Following several enquiries, including forensic evidence, Maxwell was arrested and charged with six offences on Thursday, January 26.
