Disability charity Accuro - which caters for people in west Essex - has been awarded a £12,000 voluntary sector grant from Uttlesford District Council.
The grant will go towards providing services in Uttlesford until March 31, 2024.
Accuro currently runs fortnightly under-19 youth groups and adult friendship schemes for people with disabilities in Great Dunmow and Saffron Walden.
The charity also runs a weekly Saturday Play Club in Saffron Walden, and a holiday scheme throughout the school holidays.
Accuro's operations manager Alison McKeown said: "We are very appreciative of the ongoing support from Uttlesford District Council.
"This grant supports the continued delivery of Accuro's vital services in Uttlesford, for adults, children and young people who have a disability, promoting social interaction, independence and well-being."

Accuro supports children, young people and adults with disabilities across west Essex by providing services which aim to be fun, safe and inclusive.
The charity's goal is to reduce social isolation and empower members by providing accessible social and leisure opportunities - allowing members to develop life skills, gain confidence and self-esteem and to make friends.
