Artist Julie Arnall is hosting a life drawing class for Dunmow Art Group later this month.
The class will take place at Foakes Hall, Dunmow, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm on Wednesday, November 15. Entry is £1 for art group members and £5 for non-members.

Julie has taught life drawing at Wimbledon College of Art and Kingston University, and her class is suitable for all levels of experience.
She said: "Some A4 (or ideally) A3 cartridge paper or a sketchbook, and charcoal or charcoal pencil is a great way to begin.
"For this session we will be looking at introducing tone to a figure drawing to create form and charcoal gives you the flexibility to add and take it away, but you could also use a soft pencil like a 4B or 6B."
