Registration is now open for Helen Rollason Cancer Charity's annual 'Ride for Helen'.
The 11th Ride for Helen, organised by the Hatfield Peverel-based charity, will take place on Sunday, May 12.

There are six cycling routes to suit different ages and abilities: six miles, 15 miles, 30 miles, 50 miles, 65 miles and the new 100-mile route for keen cyclists.
All rides start and finish in the grounds of The Crix, Hatfield Peverel, and will be signposted and manned by volunteer marshals.
There will be refreshment stops along the way, and in the grounds there will be entertainment, food and drink caterers, and first aid and mechanical support.
