Dunmow United Football Club raised more than £5,000 at a fundraising auction.
Around 80 guests attended the event on September 7 at Foakes Hall, which was held to raise money for improvements to the club's training facilities at Laundry Lane.
Nearly 100 auction items were available, including weekend breaks, spa packages, golf outings, and tickets to regional tourist attractions.

A spokesman for Dunmow United Football Club said: "Dunmow United would like to extend a massive shoutout to their amazing partners and the incredible local businesses whose generous donations helped the club hit its fundraising target.
"Their support made the night a resounding success.
"A special thanks goes out to the team members, friends, and supporters who purchased tickets, donated, bid, danced, and partied the night away."
