Down Hall Hotel, Spa and Estate in Hatfield Heath has been crowned AA Hotel of the Year 2024 at the AA Hospitality Awards.
The AA inspectors praised the hotel's "impeccable guest experience and seamless service".
The Grade II Italianate mansion has 98 bedrooms, a spa, tennis courts, and 110 acres of woodlands.

The hotel has undergone a £1.5 million renovation over the last 24 months.
