Essex disability charity Accuro is launching a new life skills project for young adults in Uttlesford.
The STRIDE Uttlesford programme is for young people aged up to 25 and runs for six months, starting on Saturday, January 18.
Sessions take place on alternate Saturdays from 10am to 2pm in Stansted.

STRIDE is an acronym for skills, togetherness, relationships, independence, diversity and equal opportunities.
Members will learn key life skills including healthy living, relationships, household tasks, personal care, how to keep safe, employment, digital skills and more.
The programme is sponsored by the National Lottery Community Fund, and alternates between Harlow, Epping Forest and Uttlesford.
There have been five programmes to date, each culminating in a graduation ceremony and celebration for the members, their families and carers.

After completing the programme, STRIDE graduates can still take part in social activities on some Saturdays, and there are also evening social groups available.
A STRIDE parent from the last cohort, which graduated in October, said: "Our son is showing more independence at home since he has started the STRIDE programme.
"He is helping with setting the table and cleaning up at the end of meals and also making requests when he needs support in general."
Accuro supports adults, children and young people with disabilities in West Essex.
